  • Make sure your car key fob is securely closed inside, with the lid shut & latch secured
  • If the box is not securely closed there is a risk that the signal may not be blocked & still be able to be transmitted
  • The box can be easily stored securely at home

How do I test if it works?

  • To ensure your Car Key Shield is working correctly, simply put your car key fob into the box, then check to see if your car door unlocks.
  • If the vehicle does not unlock or start it's working correctly!
  • Make sure your car key fob is inside the box with the lid securely latched & closed
  • When testing make sure your spare car key is not anywhere near the vehicle
